A real half-timbered building using German technology
What is a half-timbered
Half-timbered is a reflection of the most modern architectural trends.
Half–timbered is a German style and centuries-old experience in construction, which now reflects the most modern architectural trends. In the modern sense, it is an extremely technologically complex type of construction, ultra-reliable and ultra-precise production technologies that combine classic glulam at the base of the frame.
Frameless glazing without additional finishing elements
Structural beams of any cross section and any length
Knotless beams and pillars in the decor
Radius chamfer on structural elements
Super precise cutting of any connection elements
Bent-glued beams and glued metal fasteners
Designing a real half-timbered house
We create half-timbered projects using the complex Dietrichs software package developed by German specialists for the design of wooden houses. The software package fully automates the process of obtaining all drawings and data files necessary for the production of a half-timbered structure on CNC machines. Automation of the process allows you to design a half-timbered structure “for the customer” - with non-standard beam sections and any complexity of cutting. Load calculations are checked by specialists at the construction institute, which eliminates the possibility of errors at further stages.
The deadline for creating a new project often depends on the customer, on average it takes from 2 to 4 weeks. The result is a complete set of technical documentation for construction.
High-tech German equipment, Hundegger, is used for the production of half-timbered houses. Software control in the production of structural parts ensures the most accurate cutting of parts and joints in the corners of the future house. Thanks to the availability of equipment, the accuracy of which is measured in microns, we not only create structurally complex projects, but also successfully implement them.
